Newly Scheduled Patients
The Milwaukee Anxiety Center uses a secure, HIPAA-compliant online portal for completing new patient forms. If you’ve scheduled an appointment, you should have received an email from our practice management system with a link to your portal—please check your spam folder if you don’t see it. If you still need help, call Dr. Stiede at 414-419-4303 to confirm your email address. Once you are an established patient, you may also use the portal to communicate with Dr. Stiede via secure messaging.
